Geometric phase in a dissipative Jaynes-Cummings model: Theoretical explanation for resonance robustness

We follow a generalized kinematic approach to compute the geometric phases acquired in both unitary and dissipative Jaynes-Cummings models, which provide fully quantum description for two-level system interacting with single mode of (cavity) electromagnetic field, perfect or cavity, respectively. In model, nonunitary effects arise from outflow photons through cavity walls incoherent pumping system. Our allows compare these leading an exhaustive characterization corrections introduced by presence environment. also interpretations observed behaviors. When resonance condition is satisfied, we show phase robust, exhibiting vanishing correction under evolution. This fact supported geometrical explanation as well.
